Hi, I’m John Hopko—owner and operator of Spring Valley Construction LLC. I’ve been proudly serving Berks County and the surrounding areas since 2008, offering honest, dependable excavation and construction services that people can trust.
This business started with a simple goal: to provide quality work done right the first time. What began as an interest in landscaping quickly turned into a passion for digging, building, and helping homeowners and businesses get their projects off the ground—literally.
These days, I specialize in excavation and septic system services, but I take on all types of construction projects—big or small. From land clearing and utility trenching to full home additions, retaining walls, and blacktop work, I’ve got the equipment, experience, and drive to get the job done right.
It’s More Than Just a Job
My wife, Laura, and I live right here in Sinking Spring, PA with our rescue dogs—Sage, Bella, and Luna—and our kittens, Lucky & Milo. We love this community and take pride in serving the people who make it great.
